Interested to explore monochromatic logos. We are leaning towards modern shades of blue or green.

We will like some design versions of the logo:

1. Simple wordmark (OneEighty °)

2. Logomark with minimalist design. Is there a way to visualize the transformative process of commercial real estate (maybe a skyline going from “craftsman” style homes to modern, taller buildings?). A degree sign may not be incorporated for a logomark.
